Delivery Information

What are your shipping options and costs?
We offer two shipping options:

Standard Shipping (£12.95): Handled by DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch (1-2 day processing). Ideal for time-sensitive items like seasonal bulbs or aquarium setups.

Free Standard Shipping: For orders over £50, handled by EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch. Perfect for larger orders combining bulbs, birdcare products, and garden accessories.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We’re proud to serve gardening enthusiasts worldwide, excluding some Asian and remote areas. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes, and some restrictions may apply to plant materials in certain regions.
How are fragile items like aquarium equipment packaged?
All fragile aquarium equipment is specially boxed with protective materials to prevent damage during transit. Our packaging team has extensive experience shipping delicate items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition for your aquarium setup.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

What if my items arrive damaged?
We take great care in packaging your gardening and aquarium products, but if anything arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Can I return live plants if they don’t thrive after planting?
While we guarantee that our plants arrive in healthy condition, we cannot guarantee their survival after planting as this depends on many factors beyond our control (soil conditions, weather, care, etc.). However, if plants arrive damaged or unhealthy, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
