Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer two reliable shipping options to suit your needs:

Standard Shipping – £12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Recommended for time-sensitive orders

Free Shipping (Orders over £50)

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Includes basic tracking

Please note: We currently cannot ship to some Asian countries and remote locations. During peak seasons (spring planting and autumn gardening periods), delivery times may extend by 3-5 business days.

Our Returns Promise

We understand that sometimes products might not meet your expectations, just like plants that don’t thrive in certain conditions. That’s why we offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for most items.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure safety and quality for all our customers, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Aquarium fish treatments and medications (due to safety regulations)
  • Opened aquarium maintenance products (water conditioners, filter media, etc.)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods (such as opened bird peanuts and seed mixes)

All returned items must be in original condition with packaging, tags, and documentation intact.

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our customer service team at [email protected] with:

  • Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Product name and quantity
  • Reason for return
  • Your preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
  • Confirmation that items are in original condition
  • Your contact number

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Return address (based on your location)

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please repackage the item(s) securely in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals. For UK returns, use the provided label. For international returns, clearly write the return authorization number on the package.

Important: International customers outside the UK may need to cover return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Allow 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement within 2 business days of receiving your return, using the same shipping method unless requested otherwise.

Return Shipping Costs

  • UK customers: Free returns via Royal Mail for faulty or incorrect items
  • International customers: Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error
  • Original shipping costs: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your gardening tools, bulbs, or aquarium equipment arrive damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]
  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund immediately

Gardening Tip for Returns

When returning live plants or bulbs, ensure they’re packed with adequate moisture protection. We recommend wrapping roots in damp paper towels and sealing in a plastic bag to prevent drying during transit.
